Sometimes, the nature of a clients' mortgage request and their individual circumstances are such that conventional lenders are not willing or prepared to consider your application, so we may require the use of a private mortgage.

Private mortgages or "hard money loans" as some people call it, can still be a viable solution for short term lending needs. A private mortgage is used as a bridge to create a short term solution while we work on getting you back to a position where you can once again be accepted by a conventional lender.

  • Initial Review - During this phase we review your application and make a request for any documentation we need to verify.

  • Final Review - We package up your application and submit to a lender for approval. By leveraging our technology and lender relationships, we can usually have an approval back within 24 hours of this phase.

  • Receive Funding - Once we have the approval signed by you, a package will be sent to your lawyer for review. Once you and your lawyer are satisfied, funds will be deposited to your account.
